The contact form
When you submit a form, your enquiry is sent to Vitrilo, stored in a protected, restricted-access management system and emailed to our team as a notification. Your consent covers handling this enquiry; it does not subscribe you to marketing communications. You may also email contact@vitrilo.ca directly.
Information you share
We receive your name, email address, message, priority and, if provided, business name and website. Your language, submission page, date and consent confirmation accompany the enquiry. We use these details to respond, follow up and, if you decide to proceed, prepare or provide a service.
Tools and recipients
Enquiries are processed by the hosting, database and email services used by Vitrilo, including Cloudflare for hosting and storage. Access is limited to people authorized to handle your enquiry. Providers may process data outside Quebec or Canada. Technical data, including requests and network information, may be processed to protect the forms from abuse.
Cookies and audience measurement
This version of the website does not include advertising tools, tracking pixels or audience analytics. Contacting us is not treated as consent to advertising. This page will be updated if these practices change.
Retention and your requests
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to follow up, support any service relationship and meet applicable obligations.
